FAQs

Q Do you offer in-home service, or do I have to bring the appliance to you?

For your convenience, we usually send a technician to your home. However, if you prefer, you're welcome to bring the appliance to our office. Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. To ensure we're ready for you, please give us a call at least 30 minutes before you arrive.

Q Will the technician be able to fix the appliance on the spot?

Our technicians typically carry the most common parts and can often complete repairs during the first visit. However, occasionally a less common part may need to be ordered, requiring a follow-up appointment. This will not affect the cost of the repair

Q Does it make sense to repair my appliance?

It's tough to give a definite "yes" or "no" on whether it's worth fixing an appliance without a technician taking a look, since every situation is a bit different. But generally, repairs can be a good idea because they're often cheaper than buying a whole new appliance. Plus, it's better for the environment to keep using what we have. And of course, fixing something can give it a new lease on life. But again, it really depends on the specific problem, so getting a professional opinion is always the best way to go.
